Cancelation Policy

At JUMBOM, we understand that customers may need to cancel an order from time to time. This Cancellation Policy explains when and how an order may be canceled, as well as what happens if an order has already been processed or shipped. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.


Order Cancellation Requests

Customers may request to cancel an order within [12 hours / 24 hours] of placing the order, or before the order has been processed for shipment, whichever comes first.

Orders Already Processed

Once an order has been processed, prepared for shipment, or handed over to the carrier, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

In such cases, the order cannot be stopped in transit and must instead follow our Return & Refund Policy after delivery, if eligible.


Successful Cancellations

If your cancellation request is approved before processing or shipment, your order will be canceled and any payment received will be refunded to your original payment method.

Refunds for approved cancellations are typically processed within [5–10 business days], although the exact timing may depend on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Incorrect Shipping Information

If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer, the order may not qualify for full cancellation or refund. Please review your shipping details carefully before placing an order.

If you notice an error in your order information, contact us immediately so we can attempt to update it before processing begins.


Refused Deliveries

If a customer refuses delivery of an order without prior approval, any resulting return shipping fees, handling charges, or non-recoverable shipping costs may be deducted from any applicable refund.


Our Right to Cancel Orders

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion for reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, payment issues, suspected fraud, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.

If we cancel your order, you will be notified and, if payment has been collected, a full refund will be issued.
